High Voltage Cable Sheathing Line:
- We design the line configurations for different production speeds and spaces according to your requirements
- Line can be equipment with tandem extruder for sheathing process
- Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, HFFR and etc.
- The extrusion crosshead of EX series can be selected from center-adjusted or adjustless, strip color and skin color can be adopt.
- Line can connect with portal takeup and payoff,and belt type caterpillar.
- Crosshead clampers of EX series are double-tooth rod chain driven, and other fixed parts has the function of auto-centering.
- Electric circuit control is from Siemens programmable controller(PLC).
- Tem-control is from Japanese RKC series tem-controller &solidity repay(SSR).
