JLT Double Twist Bunching Series

Description:

The JLT double twist bunching series is mainly designed for the stranding of round aluminum and copper compressed conductors.

The machine that twists several single wires or strands into strands or cores at one time with the same twisting direction and the same pitch. According to the number of pitches formed by each rotation of the rotating body, it can be divided into two types: single twist (twist) and double twist (twist).

Machine Features:

1. The wire reel is divided into four equal parts around the twisting cage, and the upper reel is concentrated. The equipment has high rigidity and strength, good overall performance, small rotational inertia, and high running speed.
2. The traction drive of the equipment adopts 36-level gear box, dual-active, dual-traction device, the maximum traction force can reach 15 tons, and the cable of the traction device adopts natural splitting to avoid the wire core being scratched during the splitting process.
3. The tension is uniform when the reel is full to empty.
4. The equipment adopts the most advanced disconnection stop device, which can directly control each reel. When any reel is disconnected, the host will automatically stop. To ensure the repair after disconnection, it is especially suitable for the production of power cables and cross-linked cables with high compression.
5. The equipment can ensure that the 630mm² copper core with a compression density of more than 90% is drawn and twisted to meet the needs of large-section cross-linked cable stranding.
