Description:

The TQD series are designed for pulling and transferring wires and cables in the wire & cable manufacturing production lines. This series of machines are normally attached to lines such as extrusion lines, armoring lines, rewinding lines and etc. The TQD series utilize pneumatic tension control system, which provides enough pulling force on the cable or wire while leaving no dents or other damage to the insulation or sheath.

1. The frame is processed by bending and welding of high-quality plates, and all structural parts are returned, shot peened, to eliminate stress and increase the adhesion of paint. The mounting surface is planed and machined in one piece. The upper and lower crawler belts use pneumatic tightening cables, with constant tension and online adjustable tightening force; and equipped with a 0.2-cubic air storage tank to avoid the instability of the workshop air source and affect the normal operation of the tractor.
