Building Wire Insulation Line:
- The EX series are specifically designed for the building wires.
- Specific screws and barrels can be applied for PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.
- The extrusion crosshead can be selected from center-adjusted or adjustless with function of strip color and skin color .
- Crosshead clampers of EX series are double-tooth rod chain driven, and other fixed parts has the function of auto-centering.
- Operation plate of main control box is mounted with human-computer interface and also traditional button switch to ensure operational simplicity.
- Tem-control is from Japanese RKC series tem-controller &solidity repay(SSR).
