Building Wire Insulation Cooling Water Trough:
- Material: thickness 2mm, material 304 stainless steel;
- Cooling form: water immersion;
- Composition: double-layer structure;
- Extruder Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.
- Insulation line can be equipment with a co-extruder for color skinning and stripping purposes
- Can competed with THHN insulation lines by including a tandem extruder for PA(Nylon) outer Jacketing.
- Crosshead clampers of EX series are double-tooth rod chain driven, and other fixed parts has the function of auto-centering.
- Electric circuit control is from Siemens programmable controller(PLC).
- Extrusion Tem-control is from Japanese RKC series tem-controller &solidity repay(SSR).
