1. Application for the building wire & electric wire extrusion;
2. Line speed can be choose according to the takeup, Max 1000m/min;
3. Takeup can be Automatic Dual reel take, manual takeup and coiling packing machine, configuration can be choose according to customer's requirements;
4. Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.
5. The extrusion crosshead of EX series can be selected from center-adjusted or adjustless, strip color and skin color can be adopt.
6. Crosshead clampers of EX series are double-tooth rod chain driven, and other fixed parts has the function of auto-centering.
7. Operation plate of main control box is mounted with human-computer interface and also traditional button switch to ensure operational simplicity.
8. Electric circuit control is from Siemens programmable controller(PLC).
9. Tem-control is from Japanese RKC series tem-controller &solidity repay(SSR).
10. Hopper dryer& Auto-suction device is from TAIWAN Brand.
