The sorting and battery insulation paper sticking machine is a kind of testing and sorting equipment which is suitable for cylindrical battery to be pasted first, then checked the internal resistance, voltage and other parameters. It is equipped with a high-precision internal resistance, voltage automatic testing system. According to the internal resistance set on the computer software, the equipment accurately sends the battery to the designated position according to the voltage value, and the system can equip with optional channel battery sorter which can realize (5 / 6 / 11 / 21) sorting. The overall design efficiency of this equipment is about 4500 electric cores per hour, the structure design is simple and generous, and the performance is stable.

Why need the sticking machine?

For the cylindrical cells, the positive terminal and negative terminal are very closed, have the risk of short circuit when assembly to a pack by nickel strip. Especially for those battery pack without a plastic holder.

If we paste a insulation paper on the positive terminal, will avoid the risk of sort circuit.

Why need sorting machine?

When the batteries arrive at the battery pack factory, even the same batch of batteries may have different parameters(IR, Voltage), especially when the batteries come from some infeasible suppliers. When assemble the battery into a battery pack, we hope that the battery of the same battery pack has the same parameters(IR, Voltage) as much as possible, so that the performance of the battery pack will be better and more balanced.
