Cell Grading Machine Description

 

XW-5V3A-8 is a CE certified 8 channel battery analyzing system for Li-ion, LiFePO3, Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, and Lead acid battery packs with up to 5V and 3A/6A/10A/20A per channel. The hardware bases on network communication design and software combines a DC Internal Resistance Analysis function when doing cycle charging/discharging, which ensures a stable connection and high integration testing platform. The system provides most applications in battery testing fields such as electrode materials research, battery performance test, small-scale battery formation, capability grading, battery pack testing, etc. This battery analyzer is designed according to the international standard: each channel has an independent constant-current source and a hardware constant-voltage source. Constant-current source and constant-voltage source can be programmed and controlled by user. With plug-and-play module design, user can freely remove and add module units without interrupting other units.

 

Cell Grading Machine Features

 

2.1 Each equipment can do constant current constant voltage charging and constant current discharge testing for 512 pcs of cell which is within the voltage range.

2.2 Constant current and constant voltage power supply, constant current to constant voltage switching without impact, especially suitable for lithium ion battery charging requirements.

2.3 This equipment adopts AVR single-chip computer as the control center, and cooperates with the peripheral sampling circuit, which can be controlled by the upper computer. When connected to the computer, the complete charge and discharge curve of all channels can be saved. Or it can be separated from the upper computer and operated by the control panel to complete constant current and constant voltage charging, constant current discharge test, etc.

2.4 Each battery has its own independent constant current and constant voltage source, and the self-forming loop does not affect each other.

2.5 A light-emitting diode is mounted on each of the battery fixtures as an operational status display, and when the discharge is completed, it can be used to indicate battery capacity sorting.
