Introduction:
The sorting and battery insulation paper sticking machine is a kind of testing and sorting equipment which is suitable for cylindrical battery to be pasted first, then checked the internal resistance, voltage and other parameters. It is equipped with a high-precision internal resistance, voltage automatic testing system. According to the internal resistance set on the computer software, the equipment accurately sends the battery to the designated position according to the voltage value, and the system can equip with optional channel battery sorter which can realize (5 / 9 / 11 / 13 / 22) sorting. The overall design efficiency of this
equipment is about 4500 electric cores per hour, the structure design is simple and generous, and the performance is stable.
Structure of Sorter

2) The equipment is simple to operate, and no professional training is required. The workers can easily master it.
3) The equipment is controlled by PLC + PC. PLC is responsible for battery feeding, transporting and collecting. PC is responsible for data acquisition of battery test instruments, voltage resistance classification, easy operation, high efficiency, labor saving and good product performance.
4) The equipment is made of high-quality thick cold-rolled sheet metal and aluminium profile frame.
5) The equipment is equipped with universal movable casters, which can move easily when shifting.
