Functional description:
The ten channel prismatic battery sorting machine is an automatic sorting device suitable for square shell batteries. This device is compatible with multiple cell sorting options. The device achieves internal pressure and resistance testing of square shell cells through an internal resistance tester. The parameters of each cell are tested according to the upper computer software settings, and different levels of batteries are moved to different channels according to the judgment results, thus achieving automatic sorting of battery products (the device has a scanning data storage function). The equipment is composed of a feeding mechanism, a code scanning mechanism, a testing mechanism, an automatic sorting mechanism, etc. According to user requirements, the upper computer software is designed and developed. According to the group information, the battery cells are automatically sorted and collected into their corresponding feeders. The operation is simple, the sorting is accurate, and the efficiency is high.
