8 Channel Prismatic Square LFP Lithium Battery Cell Sorting Machine

The 8 channel prismatic battery sorting machine is an automatic sorting device suitable for square shell batteries. This device is compatible with multiple cell sorting options. The device achieves voltage and internal resistance testing through an internal resistance tester. The parameters of each cell are tested according to the upper computer software settings, and different levels of batteries are moved to different channels according to the judgment results, thus achieving automatic sorting of battery products (the device has a scanning data storage function). The equipment is composed of a feeding mechanism, a code scanning mechanism, a testing mechanism, an automatic sorting mechanism, etc. According to user requirements, the upper computer software is designed and developed. According to the group information, the battery cells are automatically sorted and collected into their corresponding feeders. The operation is simple, the sorting is accurate, and the efficiency is high.

Equipment principle:

Ⅰ The equipment adopts step belt transmission structure, professional voltage internal resistance tester, single channel test, and transverse module moving sorting. The transverse module equipped with sensing device for safe ensure the equipment working normally.

Ⅱ The equipment has a discriminant diagram to explain OK or NG, production information traceability function, and traceability information can be uploaded to the customer 's system. The optional scanning device is easy to bind the test data and the cell, and it is convenient for the later data retrieval. The intelligent upper computer software can upload data to the customer MES system synchronously.
