Product Overview
Our PVC heat shrink tube boasts flame retardancy, eco-friendliness, insulation, softness, stable performance, low shrinkage temp, and fast contraction. Mainly for battery packing, it can be customized into colors like grey, purple, green, orange, and yellow. Often used for 18650 and 21700 batteries.
Key Features
- The shrink wrap is for covering your custom battery packs as well as other products
- For the best result use Hot Air Gun but if there is not Hot Air Gun available you can use a hair dryer to evenly heat up the wrap to shrink until it is tightly wrapped around the battery pack.
- It's approx 0.1mm thick with approx. 2:1 shrink ratio.
- Shrinking rate: cross section: 48% +/-5; longitudinal: 15% +/-3
- Shrinking temperature: 80℃
- Flame Retardant
