1. Function description

CCD visual inspection machine is actually a detection device that transmits the collected image signals to a dedicated image processing system through the CCD image sensor of a machine vision product, and converts the signals into digital signals based on the distribution of pixels and information such as brightness and color; the image system performs various operations on these signals, extracts the characteristics of the target, and then controls the action of the on-site equipment based on the judgment results.

CCD visual inspection equipment can replace the human eye for measurement and judgment, and is used for the production, assembly or packaging inspection of valuable equipment.
