The XW-ADW Automatic Double Side Spot Welding Machine is a CNC-controlled production solution engineered for high-efficiency cylindrical battery pack assembly. Featuring 5000A welding current with dual welding heads driven by precision servo motors, this machine simultaneously welds positive and negative terminals on cells from 18650 to 33140, making it ideal for E-bike, scooter, and power tool battery pack manufacturing.
