This kind battery spot welder is mainly used for 18650, 26650, 32650 cylindrical battery, NI-MH battery(nickel-metal hydride battery), Nickel cadmium battery and EV Lithium battery pack Ni tab welding.
XWELL System battery spot welder machine has different models according it’s welding ability. The DC Spot welder is suitable for Ni tab thickness less than 0.12mm, the AC model suitable for Ni tab thickness less than 0.15mm. DC 5000A model suitable for Ni tab less than 0.25mm. Product Features
1. The welding current is dc, and there is no defect of discontinuous heating of the workpiece. The heat concentration improves the welding thermal efficiency, which is especially suitable for the welding of non-ferrous metal materials and some refractory materials. The welding process is stable and the welding quality is significantly improved. The electrode life was also extended.
2. The LCD shows a variety of content, and the graphics show the current working status, the friendly work interface, the welding pulse graphics to enhance the convenience of the debugging observation.
