The XW-4020 is a CE-certified ultrasonic metal welder featuring a color touch-screen controller, specifically engineered for lithium battery manufacturing applications in both R&D laboratories and production environments.
Primary Applications
This industrial welding machine is designed for:
- Welding stacked electrode sheets and tabs onto current collectors
- Preparation of Li-ion pouch cells and cylindrical cells
- Al-Ni composite strip tab welding on aluminum shells for finished cells
- Aluminum shell tab welding before battery completion
