Installation Procedure
1. Loosen the electrode locking screw, remove used electrode, polish with sandpaper for shine, and install new electrode
2. Position both electrodes horizontally with backing plate, align to same height, and tighten locking screws securely
3. Adjust electrode height: loosen base plate screws, set 2-3mm distance from battery cell, then tighten base plate screws
Application Scope
Ideal for spot welding nickel strips, nickel-infiltrated steel sheets, and coated steel strips in battery production. Suitable for nickel-metal hydride, nickel-cadmium, polymer, and lithium battery manufacturing processes for connecting pieces, cells, and lead-out components.
