Introduction

This production line is used to the pack section of cylindrical battery modules, mainly for power battery modules, with a number of 1-150 batteries. The whole line includes cell loading, cell barcode scanning, cell testing, pasting highland barley paper, cell sorting, cell polarity conversion, bottom holder loading, bottom holder laser coding, holder scanning, cell fill into the holder, CCD polarity checking, top holder loading, cover top holder, lock holder screws, nickel strip cleaning (laser / plasma cleaning), nickel strip loading resistance spot welding / aluminum wire welding, nickel strip bending, busbar welding, module labeling, module testing, shell filling and other related processes.
