PBS Buffering Conveying Line

PBS conveying system can make the right-angle conveying of work piece in 3D space possible and the basic unit in all types are composed the conveying system with different functions, these can realize the coarse discharge, fined discharge, inverted storehouse and other functions to finish the buffering and quick conveying of the work piece. Controlled by PLC, the full automation of the conveying can be achieved. 1. Production organization and production method

(1) The assembly workshop has the nature of large-scale production. Taking factors such as production load rate and parts quality into consideration, the production cycle is generally designed to be (52-80) s, and the comprehensive movement rate is 90%. Therefore, it is required that all parts and purchased parts entering the assembly workshop must pass the inspection and be fully interchangeable. The workshop does not carry out processing and repairs.

(2) In order to ensure product quality, (2-4) sets of vehicle testing lines are generally designed indoors to test the safety and environmental performance of vehicles such as front wheels, four-wheel alignment, lighting, braking, speedometer, emissions, noise, and sealing performance.
