2-1. Booth enclosure

The booth consists of side walls that are made of galvanized steel sheet panels. which are reinforced with framed structural steel. Integrated or separate vertical supports bear the load of the filter ceiling and the plenum.

The wall panels are furnished with safety glass panes. Special care is taken to keep the interior of the booth smooth and even for easy cleaning.
 

Doors with automatic door closers will be installed on both sides along the side walls.

The filter ceiling consists of replaceable filter sections which are supported by a stainless steel metal frame; the ceiling is screwed airtight over the total width and length.

Viledon air filter roll material which spans over the full width of the booth will be installed.

Above the plenum one air distribution duct made of galvanized steel sheet is installed. This supply duct is connected by means of filter bags with the plenum.
 

2-2. Flash-off zone

The design of this zone is made of sheet metal as specified.

Windows in the side walls are provided for lighting fixtures installed on the outside of the zone.

Access doors with automatic door closer are provided at the side

2-3. Paint scrubber and exhaust system

The paint scrubber is installed over the full length of the spray zones, excluding preparation and air seal zone.

It is constructed of steel sheet as specified. The recirculation water is led to the paint scrubber via flooding sheets, is collected in a concrete water flume, and finally discharged into the coagulation tank made of concrete pit.

2-4. Coagulation and circulation system

The coagulation tank is located under the ground floor.

One lifting device is provided to lift up the paint sludge from the sludge pool.
