Automobile air-conditioning compressor, motor NVH laboratory

This laboratory is based on the fully automatic control of the compressor refrigeration replacement system, combined with the motor NVH test system, it can realize the high-precision intelligent noise laboratory for testing the electric compressor and the belt pulley compressor of the automobile air conditioner. It is suitable for the development of compressors for conventional refrigerants such as R134a, R410A, R407C, R404A, etc., and can assist in the investigation of NVH problems of air conditioners and generators on the vehicle, serving the development of NVH performance of the vehicle. During the experiment process, parameters such as voltage, current, power, noise and vibration of the compressor were detected online in real time, and at the same time, the oil circulation rate, compressor speed, and temperature and pressure values of key points in the system could be tested.
