A: For the first order,Our payment is uaually T/T 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.

From the second order,we could accept T/T 30% deposit and balance against the copy of B/L,or irrevocable L/C by sight.

3.Q: Are your products BPA Free?
A: We have specialized in producing baby feeding products, and all of them are BPA Free 

4.Q:Can your company do the OEM or ODM?
A:Yes, Any OEM or ODM order is available.

5.Q:How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you free samples,and the shipping cost will be afforded by you.hope you could understand.

6. How long can I expect to get the sample? 

After you pay the sample shipping cost charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account. 

7.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority.

8.What is MOQ for each design?
Normally 5000pcs,and exact quantities will be based on concrete item,and we could discuss details by emails.

9.What is the delivery time?
Normally 15day to 25 working days after we get the deposit and all artwork confirmed.
