What is a seamless steel tube?
Seamless tubes are as defined – they do not have a welded seam. The tubing is manufactured through
an extrusion process where the tube is drawn from a solid stainless steel billet and extruded into a hollow
form.
What is stainless steel pipe used for?

corrosion-resistant properties.
Is 304 the same as 304L?
Type 304 and 304L have very similar chemical and mechanical properties. The only difference between them is the carbon content; the 304 stainless steel has a maximum range of carbon of 0.08% whereas the 304L has a maximum range of 0.03%. This range of carbon in the steel affects the corrosion resistance of the tanks.
