Designed with rollers instead of balls, ULS Linear Way blocks and guides are extremely rigid and can support very high load capacities. With a 45-degree contact angle, the linear guide can be classified as an interchangeable type, allowing the linear guide and rail to be freely replaced while still maintaining P-level accuracy. This design is great for projects that don't require matching shafts.
ULS guides use rolling elements such as balls or rollers for linear displacement. Due to the recycling of the rolling elements, the high-precision linear motion between the guide rail and the carriage is realized. Due to the forced displacement of the guide rail of the trolley, the guide rail can bear loads in both horizontal and vertical directions. ULS linear guides are characterized by high-precision motion, especially when used in conjunction with precision ball screws.
Linear guide rails are fixed components of linear guide rail systems. Blocks travel along fixed tracks, providing smooth motion along the X and/or Y axes. Linear guides can be installed horizontally or vertically. The length of the track will determine how far the blocks can travel.
