Equipment Function
The Terminal Detection visual inspector, provided by our company, consists of a high-speed shutter digital camera (equipped with small flashing lights). For photodetection and assessment, run continuous goals under terminal pressure. Small volumes can now be set up within the existing automatic crimping device without affecting the pressing device's performance. Accurately judge the appearance of the terminal after peeling and crimping.
It takes less than 100msec from detection to completion to capture the high-speed terminal by LED flash lighting and high pixel high-speed shutter to obtain clear images. For specific inspection items, see visual inspection options displayed on the device screen.
