Equipment Function
Our company develop this Terminal Detection Visual Monitor, with high pixel, high-speed shutter camera(installed with small flashing device). High efficiency running uninterrupted aims at terminal pressure conditions for image detection and analysis. Small volume ones can be installed in the exiting automatic crimping machine, not affecting the pressing machine's production efficiency. Effectively detect and judge the appearance of the terminal after peeling and crimping.
It takes less than 100msec from detection to of completion to capture the high-velocity terminal through LED flash lights and high pixel excessive-velocity shutter to achieve clear photographs. For precise inspection of objects, see visual inspection options displayed at the device monitor.
