MYS5-385/20-2P(NS) Class II Surge Protective Device (SPD)
Engineered as a Class II surge protective device, the MYS5-385/20-2P delivers 20kA nominal and 40kA maximum discharge current at 385V. Its 1.9kV protection level and fast response clamp lightning and switching surges, while the 35mm DIN rail module fits distribution cabinets.
Product Description
The MYS5-385/20-2P Surge Protective Device (SPD) is designed for overvoltage protection in low-voltage AC power distribution systems.
It is used to protect electrical equipment from transient overvoltage caused by lightning surges, switching operations, and other electrical disturbances.
This Type 2 SPD complies with EN 61643-11 Class II and IEC 61643-11 Class II standards. It features a 385V AC maximum continuous operating voltage (Uc), 20kA nominal discharge current (In), and 40kA maximum discharge current (Imax), providing reliable surge protection performance.
The device adopts a 35mm DIN rail mounting design, suitable for installation in distribution cabinets, control panels, and other indoor electrical systems.
