NOTE: Special specifications can be customized, according to the designed requirement of the machine.

NOTE: The production line can process 3/5 ply corrugated cardboard with a thickness of 2-8 mm.

3. working principle of the production line

The connection between the gluing section and the printed die-cut section makes them operate synchronously, which the paper got printed die-cut or slotted and access gluing section smoothly. The strapping section is connected with the gluing section, after the paper folded, glued and stacked, the photoelectric sensor on the strapper will induct the paper and send a signal to the PLC, which controls the operation of the strapper.

4. The selection of components:

1) Auto supply of the glue, which can be recycled without a disruption, no need to supply glue by a worker, which saving manpower and time. It is suited for all kinds of glue.

2) Adopts stainless steel glue wheel, which is corrosion resistant and spreads the glue evenly; the usage of glue by machine is 1/3 compared to the usage by a worker.

3) Folding section is equipped with adjusted pressure wheels to smooth the fold of the paper and make the bonding more perfect.

4)the counting part is to ensure the process of box stacking and output smoothly. Without error, digital control, easy to operate, and input without stopping;

5) There are three kinds of strapper for selection
