Introduce of the pasteuization equipment
This spray warm and cooling machine, also named tunnel pasteurizer(High Quality Beer Glass Bottle Beer Cans Pasteurizing And Cooling Tunnel Pasteurizer ) , which is different from the direct heat method (instantaneous sterilization), tunnel pasteurizer sterilize products and containers together, so that you can eliminate various possible causes of the growth of harmful bacteria within the allowed time.
Liquid and its package are heated to the required sterilization temperature and maintained at that temperature for some time, and then down to ambient temperature.
This machine contains 8 temperature zones, the minimum temperature difference between zones confirms good sterilizing effect, and also reduce bottle broken rate. Hot water is recycled to use in temperature sections in order to save heat energy and reduce water consumption.
