Application Principle
Steam directly heating atomizing sterilization water
1. atomized germicidal water can expand heat exchange area and realize high efficiency heat exchange mode
2. steam and atomized sterilizing water are directly exchanged in sterilizing kettle. Steam heat 100% use, zero energy loss,
maximum energy efficiency
3. a small amount of sterilizing water circulation quickly, the water temperature is uniform and rapid heating up to the set
working temperature
4. nozzles are sprayed from different angles to create a high heat flow in the sterilizer, thus evenly distributing the
temperature in the pot
5., the sterilization effect (F value) is set in advance to control the whole sterilization process, so that the sterilization
effect becomes intuitive, controllable, and ensures that the sterilization effect of each sterilization batch is consistent, and
is no longer affected by the heating rate and product volume. It is of great practical significance for canned food processing
enterprises to realize the standardized production of "commercial aseptic" food
