Introduce of the food plastic container water washing washer machine
industry Storage Crate washer consists of control panel, conveying system, 2 or 3 separate cleaning units, water heating system and drying system(optional), fully made of SUS 304. The cleaning units are equipped with water tank (with two layers of filtration mesh for each tank), pump and water jets for precleaning with detergents, cleaning by hot water of 80C and rinsing by fresh water respectively. Filtration mesh can be taken off easily for cleaning, and water in the second tank can be heated to 80C to facilitate removing the grease or butter on utensils and to kill all bacteria thoroughly. The drying system is equipped with 8 sets of fans which can blow down the water and dry up the crates efficiently.
