(hereinafter referred to as SASPG) will design, manufacture and provide a brand new air separation plant, using the latest process technology of molecular sieve adsorption, booster turbo expander, structured packing upper column and GOX internal compression process. The device includes air filtration system, air compressor system, air precooling system, molecular sieve purification system, supercharged turbo expander system, cold box system, LOX storage and evaporation system, instrumentation and electrical control system, etc.
KDONAr-7500/1360/250Y type ASU main tower cold box and argon tower combination main body size is 6500mm×4200mm×52200mm, which is a rectangular sealed box; the main material of the cold box is Q235-B, and the total weight of the cold box is about 160T. The size of the main heat exchanger cold box is 3500×4200×13000, which is also a rectangular sealed box, the main material is Q235-B, and the total weight is about 35T. The cold box system is mainly composed of main heat exchanger, secondary cooler, upper tower, lower tower, crude argon column I, crude argon column II, pure argon tower, crude argon condenser, pure argon evaporator, pure argon condensing It consists of connecting pipes, cold box shells, racks, platforms, ladders, handrails, etc. Due to the large volume and heavy weight of the cold box system, the total length after compounding is about 53 meters, so it will be shipped in 5 pieces and hoisted together with 5 pieces on site. According to the product structure characteristics and pipeline installation requirements, all basic work should be done before the installation team enters the site.
