The heat exchanger factory has 58.6 million yuan of fixed assets and 180 employees. With excellent equipment and strong technical force, the company has the largest vacuum brazing furnace and advanced parts cleaning equipment in the industry, complete inspection means and imported argon arc welding machines and other manufacturing equipment, more than 30 professional and intermediate engineering and technical personnel, world advanced process simulation software (HYSYS) and plate fin heat exchanger design software (htfs-muse), with Independent design and development ability. It can produce 10600mm × 1450mm × 1600mm (single) large aluminum plate fin heat exchanger with design pressure of 13Mpa and annual production capacity of over 3000t.

In the 2.6 million ton LNG R & D project, the two-phase flow distribution experimental research was carried out in cooperation with the State Key Laboratory of Xi'an Jiaotong University. The calculation method of the two-phase flow distribution structure and the calculation method of the two-phase flow separator were determined. So far, it has been used in the design of more than 70 sets of devices, and the operation effect has proved that the R & D is very successful.
