Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer

Raw material is heated evently and heat exchange is fully used and dry capacity is high. Compared with ordinary drier, the energy can be saved about 30%. The vibration is created by motor. It is stable in peration and convenient in maintenance, low noise and long life. The fluidezed state is stable and no dead angle and phenomenon of broken out; It is good in regulation and wide in suitablity. The thinckness of raw material layer and movable speed insode the machine and the amlitude can be adjusted through continous variable speed. It is small for damaging the surface of raw material. The equipment can be used for drying raw materials that are easy broken. The drying effect can not be affected even if raw materials have anomaly shape; It is effective to prevent from cross pollution between raw material and air because the quipment adapts fully closed structure. The environment of operation is clean.

Principle

Raw material is fed into the machine from the inlet and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluidized-bed under the action of vibration. The hot air passes through fluidized-bed and carries out heat exchange with damp raw material. Then the damp qir is exhausted out through cyclone separator and duster the dry raw material is discharged through discharge outlet.

Application

Pharmaceutical and chemical industries: all kinds of press table and granule, boric acid, borax, dihydroxybenzene, malic acid, maleic acid and so on; Foodstuff and constroction material industries: less, monosodium glutamate, edible sugar, edible salt, mine residue, bean, seeds and so on; It can also used for raw materials to add up damp or cooling so on.

WKS series of vibration fluid bed dryer is a continuous drying equipment for non-sticky particles. Its working principle is: cold air is filtered through the filter, and then goes into the heater, and is heated to a certain temperature, then hot air is distributed into the lower bed via multiple inlets and flows up through perforated plate of the bed. Material goes evenly into the bed through screw feeder, under the action of the vibration force, the material moves up forward continuously along the horizontal direction, while undergoes heat exchange with the hot air coming up from bottom, the moisture of material is evaporated rapidly, and the wet air is discharged from the exhaust fan, and the material is fully dried and discharged from the discharge port.
