Application
The 450/750 V copper conductor EPR insulated rubber cable used for electrical appliances, electrical tools, and various mobile electrical equipments.
Construction
Conductor : Flexible Bare annealed copper wire or Tinned Copper wire
Insulation: Nitrile-Butadiene-PVC or Rubber Material or EPR
Sheath: Nitrile-Butadiene-PVC or Rubber Material or CSP
Choice of Black, Orange, Red or Yellow Blue jacket, single & double insulated.
SQ MM sizes (European style) : 10 sq mm to 240 sq mm
AWG sizes (North American style) : 6 Awg to 500 MCM
Wide temperature range: -55°C to 105°C
Characteristic
1. Rated power-frequency voltage U0/U: 450/750V, 300/500V and 300/300V.
2. Maximum permitted operating temperature of conductor is 60°C.
3. Permitted lowest working temperature is -35°C.
4. Rubber cable can be used at places contaminated by mineral oil and fuel oil.
5. D>25mm The minimum bending radius is over 6 times of cable diameter.
