How to Use Self-Adhesive PVC Film on Furniture Surfaces:

1. Prepare the Surface:

        Clean the Surface: Use a clean cloth and mild detergent to remove dust, grease, and debris. Ensure the surface is completely dry.

2. Measure and Cut:

   • Measure the Area: Use a measuring tape to measure the furniture surface you want to cover.
   • Cut the Film: Unroll the PVC film and cut a piece slightly larger than the measured area.

3. Peel and Stick:

   • Peel Back the Corner: Start peeling the backing paper from one corner of the film.
   • Align and Stick: Align the film with the edge of the surface and begin to stick it down.

4. Smooth Out Air Bubbles:

   • Use a Squeegee: Smooth the film from the center outward using a squeegee or flat edge to remove air bubbles.
   • Reposition if Necessary: Lift and reposition the film gently if air bubbles persist.

5. Trim the Edges:

   • Trim Excess Film: Use a utility knife or scissors to trim the excess film along the edges. Use a ruler for straight cuts.

6. Optional: Wet Application Method:

   • Lightly Mist the Surface: Spray water on the adhesive side of the film for easier repositioning.
   • Apply and Smooth: Follow the same steps for smoothing and trimming after the film is in place.

7. Finishing Touches:

   • Ensure Firm Edges: Press down all edges firmly and ensure no air bubbles remain.
   • Allow to Set: Let the adhesive set for a few hours before using the furniture.

• Use a cutting mat to protect your work surface while cutting the film.
