Production Process:

1. Flat Lamination:

2. Membrane Press:

   • Heat the PVC film to activate the glue layer.
   • Place the film on the cabinet surface.
   • Use a membrane press to adhere the film uniformly with heat and pressure.

3. Wrapping Profile:

   • Measure and cut the PVC film according to the profile length.
   • A profile wrapping machine wraps the film around the cabinet edges.
   • Ensure the film adheres smoothly around the curves and edges.

4. Self-Adhesive:

   • Remove the protective backing from the self-adhesive film.
   • Position the film on the cabinet surface.
   • Press and smooth the film down to avoid air bubbles.
