How to Use by Vacuum Membrane Press:
- Preheat the vacuum press machine to the recommended temperature (120-130°C).
- Place the PVC decorative film over the surface to be laminated.
- Activate the vacuum membrane press to apply pressure and heat for 30-45 seconds.
- Allow the laminated product to cool before further processing.
Thickness Recommendations: For flat surfaces, a thickness of 0.15mm is ideal. For curved surfaces or detailed designs, a thicker option around 0.20mm ensures a better grip and durability.
