Lamination PVC decorative film is mainly used for coverage on all kinds of flat panels.
Vacuum press PVC decorative film is mainly used for coverage on most flat or shaped panels.
Wrapping PVC decorative film is mainly used for coverage on all kinds of small-size profiles.
Recommended thickness:
· Interior door: 0.12-0.25mm
· Furniture: 0.20-0.30mm
· Steel door: 0.14-0.20mm
· Kitchen cabinet door: 0.30-0.50mm
· Wall panel/widow sills/door frame/PVC ceiling: 0.1-0.2mm
About Woodgrain PVC furniture film production process
1. Printing: The wood grain and the other natural designs are printed on the basic printing sheets according to the “Gravier Printing Method” without limit in range. About 400 patterns ranging from wood grain, and metal to abstraction are available. Color matching according to the design and the customer’s taste is possible at this step.
2. Embossing: By covering the printed sheets with a transparent layer, not only the printed surface would be protected forever,
but also it provides closer touch and a natural look.
