Product Description of PP Strap Production Line

This production line is used for making full automatic PP strapping band and manual PP strap band for packing usge. It can produce packaging straps in various widths, ranging from 5mm to 19mm, and in various thicknesses, from 0.4mm to 1.2mm.

The machine is equipped with a 38CrMoALA extruder to ensure high-grade packaging strap production. Moreover, an extruder hopper type dehumidifying drying system and automatic feeding system are implemented to stabilize the performance of the extruder. To enhance energy-saving effect, a frequency conversion motor drive and an automatic intelligent temperature control system are also employed throughout the unit.
