Application Overview
This universal tensile testing machine performs quick and reliable tensile, compression, bending, shear, peel, loop tack, and fatigue cycling tests on various materials including metals, tape, composites, alloys, rigid plastics, films, elastomers, textiles, paper, board, and finished products.
Operating Principle
The electric tensile tester utilizes a motor-driven ball screw system to move the fixture. Samples are placed between upper and lower fixtures, and the upper fixture pulls upward at controlled speeds. An integrated load cell with sensor measures tensile strength, converts it to voltage signals, and displays results automatically on the computer interface.
