Feeding → stirring → pre-drying → melting and measuring extrusion → embryo (belt embryo) cooling and forming → oven preheating → primary stretching → secondary stretching → embossening → oven tempering and setting → cooling → finished product winding

Remarks: If there is a printing machine after the second stretching first printed and then embossed in item 8.

Packing and Shipping

The PP Strap Making Machine will be shipped in a wooden crate with a foam insert and plastic wrap for additional protection. The crate will be securely fastened with nails and wrapped in a protective plastic film.

The machine will be shipped via a freight carrier with delivery service to the customer's location. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs or fees.
