PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Extrusion scre-----The extruder of the PET plastic steel belt production line adopts a PET special screw with a unique parameter design. The screw has a unique separation and mixing effect, which ensures the uniform plasticization of the raw materials. It has the advantages of large extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness, and high wear resistance.
Filter-----Three-dimensional foldable large-area filter device, the unfolded area of the filter is 30 times larger than the traditional flat filter area; the filter mesh can reach 80 meshes, and the unique screen changing device greatly reduces the screen changing time and improves work efficiency.
Dehumidifier------ The rotary honeycomb dehumidification and drying system is used to dry the raw materials. The dew point of -50℃ ensures that the moisture content of the raw materials is ≤50PPM, and it also has the effect of solid phase polycondensation and viscosity increase.
