Product Overview
PET strapping band production line is fully PLC-controlled extrusion equipment designed to manufacture high-tensile PET plastic steel strap. This system works efficiently with both virgin PET pellets and recycled PET bottle flakes. The complete production line includes feeding, crystallization drying, extrusion, melt filtration, cooling, stretching, embossing, heat setting, and automatic winding processes. PET strap produced can effectively replace steel strap for heavy pallet packaging applications. Multiple configurations (2/4 straps output) are available, compatible with hand tools, semi-automatic, and fully automatic strapping machines.
