The raw material can be 100% recycled material,which can reduce the produce cost and get a good profit. And the Pp bale is the substitution of the steel strap and has a lot of advantages such good extension,high temperature resistant,easy use.

1.Specially designed screw with optimized compression ratio for PP, featuring a gradually changing diameter and deeper thread grooves in the melting section.
2.Hardened gearbox combined with a precisely adjustable die ensures stable production and smooth strap surface.
3.Stainless steel cooling trough treated with four thermal processes replaces conventional designs.
4.Larger haul-off rollers guarantee consistent product quality.
