Process System Overview
Pre-Crystallization Drying Unit: Essential for PET material moisture removal and crystallization. PP strap production does not require this unit.
Single Screw Extruder: 90/30 model for PET two-strap extrusion, 75/30 for PP. Special screw design prevents excessive shear while maintaining material strength.
Filtration & Control System: PLC pressure closed-loop control with pressure sensors regulating melt pump and extruder speeds for stable material extrusion.
Cooling & Hauling System: 4000mm PET / 2000mm PP stainless steel water tank with heating unit and five-roller hauling mechanism.
Stretching & Finishing: Electric heating oven with fan distribution for first-stage stretching. 38CrMoAl embossing rollers provide surface texturing. Annealing oven and cooling tank stabilize material dimensions.
Final Processing: Three-roller puller extracts material from annealing and cooling stages before winding.
Automatic Winding System: Available with servo, inverter, or torque motor options. Unique back tooth shaft ensures straight, non-overlapping winding suitable for automated packaging equipment.
