The system offers high reliability, lower average head pressures, and increased daily output, making it ideal for continuous melt filtration applications.
The polymer melt flow is divided into two streams at the housing inlet and conveyed through each breaker plate and screen pack. Each flow channel is designed to handle full extruder throughput during screen changes, with efficient air purging through vents before screen pack reintroduction.
