1. Regular cleaning and maintenance: After the LED display has been used for a long time, more dust and traces of rain will accumulate on the screen, which needs to be cleaned regularly and in time to prevent the viewing effect from being affected;

2. If cleaning the surface of the module, please use a soft brush to wipe it gently. It is forbidden to use any liquid substances to clean the surface of the LED module, otherwise the LED lamp beads may be damaged;

3. When the LED display with more than the specified humidity is powered on, it will cause corrosion of parts and even short-circuit and cause permanent damage.

4.When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation conditions are not good, care should be taken not to open the screen for a long time

Q1: What kind of payment methods do you have as a manufacturer?

A: We take T/T , Western union, L/C and cash as payment term.

40% as a deposit before production, 60% as a final payment before delivery, ensure delivery after receiving the full payment

Q2. What is your shipping and packing way?
A: Our standard packing for modules are carton box and for the led cabinet, we do wood box or flight case as per customers’ requests. For the mass order ( fit for a container), generally we do shipment by Sea.

Q3: What kind of packaging you offer?

A: We have carton box / wooden case / flight case for packing. During the packaging process, preventive measures will be taken by us to assure that the goods are in a good condition during storage and delivery.

Q4: Is the product customizable?

A: Yes, we can customize the product according to customers' needs, you just need to provide the requirements details.

Q5. Can I have a sample order for LED display?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
