A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What is your shipping and packing way?
A: Our standard packing for modules are carton box and for the led cabinet, we do wood box or flight case as per customers’ requests. For the mass order ( fit for a container), generally we do shipment by Sea.
Q3: Is the product customization?
A: Yes, we can customize the product according to customers' needs, you just need to provide the requirements details.
Q4. Is it ok to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
