HGZT120 Self-aligning rotator consists of power rotator, idler rotator and electric control system, etc.
The power rotator is driven by two reducers through two AC motors. The out-put of the reducer and the roll have one shaft, which makes the roll rotation. The driving reducer uses gear reducer and cycloid reducer. One inverter control the two AC motors to make sure the two rollers work synchronously.
The electric control system consists of the electric control box and wireless remote control box.
The electric control box consists of the inverter, contactors, buttons, etc. The mainly electric components are using the famous brands, such as Siemens, which are which are reliable performance and easy maintenance. It controls brake of the motor and meet the requirements of the mechanical action. And it can control and protect the motor. The frequency conversion system uses the Yaskawa inverter, which is low-noise, high-performance, multi-function transducer, no torque ripple. And other characteristic of the control signals is using analog control which has a high anti-jamming capability.
